| Michael Fazio, MAI has over 20 years of experience appraising commercial and residential properties in Connecticut. Prior to forming Kerin & Fazio, LLC, Mike was president of Fazio & Associates, Inc., a full service appraisal firm located in Bridgeport and serving the entire State of Connecticut. He holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation and is a Certified General Appraiser. Mike has a Masters Degree and a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University.

| Christopher K. Kerin, MAI, CCIM has an advanced level of expertise in real estate investment and valuation, having earned the elite CCIM and MAI designations. He has over twenty years of experience advising leading state, national and international firms active in the Connecticut commercial real estate market. Chris is a member of the Appraisal Institute, CCIM Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He is licensed in Connecticut as a real estate broker, certified general appraiser, and municipal revaluation supervisor. Graduating from the University of Connecticut with a degree in finance and concentration in real estate and urban economic studies, Chris’ post-graduate work includes study in eminent domain, ad valorem taxation, and environmental risk.
